How can one city be so picture-perfect? Looking back at these photos now, I’m still kind of in awe of how gorgeous even the simple moments can be. Just a casual stroll through the streets of downtown Toronto offers some of the best views of a big city without feeling like you’re getting too lost in the hustle and bustle (is that even a phrase?) of huge crowds. I like that you can still manage to take the time and breathe a little bit, take in the views around you, and go on with the rest of your day.
See, something about this photo is just so pleasing…not sure if it’s the cool architecture, or the trees and flowers on the streets, the fact that it’s a sunny day, or maybe even just that people are walking the streets going about their day that gives this city a magical charm.
Reminds me a lot of New York but with half the amount of noise and chaos of the crowds.
The iconic City Hall building of Toronto.
Where I live, I’m more accustomed to seeing tons of traffic with people commuting too farther places to work, but it’s nice to see the amount of people dressed in business suits heading to work or taking their lunch break with some co-workers.
Mom and her friends looking all touristy again with their handy dandy paper map to get us to another beautiful location to explore.
