CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE. My roommate and I kind of put this random collection of ingredients together a couple of nights ago and invented this super easy, TO DIE FOR s’mores brownie pie!! The concept is simple: graham cracker pie crust, brownies, topped with the perfectly toasted marshmallows. And you’re really going to want s’more.
- 2 9×9 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- Jumbo marshmallows
Instructions Prepare brownie mix. Divide brownie batter evenly and pour into pie crusts. Bake for about 27 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from oven and top brownie pies with jumbo marshmallows (cut in half, sticky side down). Bake for 1-2 minutes more, checking every 30 seconds. Enjoy! Okay, can we just look at how beauteous this ombre is?!

I love bonfires and all, but nothing beats this version of a s’more…looking at this now is making me want sum mo’. In the words of Nicki Minaj.
Left this brownie pie out on the counter for less than 5 minutes and it was demolished. It’s just that good.
Feel free to top with small marshmallows and chocolate chips, if you’d like! Just be sure to monitor the marshmallows closely, especially during the last couple of minutes. You can also broil if you would like, but be very careful, as the marshmallows will toast very quickly.
