One of the traditional dishes that my dad has made for as long as I can remember is Mapo Tofu. I decided to give this dish a try myself, and it turned out pretty well. Here’s another delicious recipe that you can put together quickly on busy days!
- 1 box Chinese Mabo Tofu Sauce
- 1 package soft tofu
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil
Heat oil over medium-high heat, brown meat and stir with soy sauce.
Add mabo tofu sauce and let simmer.
Add cubed tofu and simmer.
Serve warm over rice!
Opted for brown rice, a much healthier option.
