3 ingredients only for a delicious peanut butter cookie topped with Reese’s peanut butter cups? You’re kidding me, right? Did I mention that these cookies are flourless cookies too? Brace yourself for one of the easiest peanut butter cookie recipes ever. Not to mention that there are Reese’s peanut butter cups sitting on top of these balls of peanut buttery goodness. Peanut butter and chocolate are one of those amazing combinations that just makes everything in life taste better…so if these Reese’s peanut butter cups aren’t enough, feel free to knock yourself out with some chocolate chips or other chocolate candy. Or any other candy that you think goes well with peanut butter, for that matter. And if you love peanut butter as much as I do, you’re bound to like these cookies too!
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (optional…but you probably want them in there!)
Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet.
Crush Reese’s peanut butter cups into pieces, and sprinkle on tops of cookies.
Bake at 350 °F for 6-8 minutes, or just until bottoms are barely brown. (Note: Make sure they don’t overbake!)
